Who we are
Baby G Promotions (“we”, “us”) is a premium talent staffing business. We act as a responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Information we collect
From clients: name, company, contact details and the details of your enquiry. From talent applicants: name, contact details, location, experience, and photographs you choose to submit.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries and provide quotes; to vet, book and pay talent; and to present talent profiles to prospective clients — only where the talent has given consent for their images and details to be shared.
Talent imagery & consent
We only share a talent member's photographs and profile with clients where that person has given explicit consent. Talent can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Storage & security
Personal information is stored securely with access limited to those who need it. We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@babyg.vip. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
